Sex & Relationship Counselor, Educator and Feminist Porn Director

Everyone deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood. Release your shame, integrate your trauma, and discover a whole new world of sexuality, intimacy and self-worth. Are you ready to reclaim your body? Your heart? Your mind?

Let's work together!

How does sex & Relationship counseling help?

If you are experiencing a lack of desire or arousal, sexual shame, pain during intercourse, erectile dysfunction or anything else that our society considers a “sexual dysfunction” then counseling is the right place for you. Counseling can also address the struggle of mismatched libidos and other struggles arising in relationships. It can help you to dive deeper into communication, experience pleasure, deal with trauma or address concerns around premature or delayed ejaculation.

Counseling provides a judgment free safe space which makes it easier to explore those issues and learn about tools that are proven to work. My work is trauma informed and welcomes people of all orientations and people exploring kink and alternative relationship models.

There is nothing wrong with you! Life is full of ebbs and flows, highs and lows. Everyone has busy lives, people are stressed, struggle with anxiety and many other complexities that influence our sexuality and our relationships.

You’re not alone. In counseling I help singles, couples, and even groups unravel the knots in their sexuality, and form new patterns of self-awareness and behavior. I want to give you back your own power. I want to share my tools for long-lasting sexual well-being. And – whenever you’re ready – it’s all within your hands.

All sessions are help online via Zoom. Find out more about my areas of expertise and modalities.

My Story

Like anyone, I’m no stranger to trauma. I’ve felt the wound of early abandonment, and how that has influenced my relationships. I’ve had my boundaries ignored, and learned – too well – to suppress my own needs. I’ve felt walls of self-protection come up and I’ve completely lost my libido, and gone on a quest to find it again.

But now? After years of doing the work in therapy and through mindfulness I’m not perfect – no-one is. But I can safely say I know what I want, and what I won’t endure any longer. I know my body, and its capacity for pleasure. I’m a certified sex and relationship counselor, who specializes in healing trauma. And – not least – I’m an award-winning, independent, feminist porn producer, who focuses on genuine pleasure, authentic connection, and empowering each of my performers to claim and express their own true desires.

So whatever you are going through – please know, you are not alone! And there is hope. Trust me, I’ve been there, and I’ve gone through it. You don’t have to live in shame, fear, numbness or frustration. I am here to share with you everything I’ve used in my own ongoing journey.

What I Believe

We live in a sex-negative world that often teaches us to suppress ourselves, our desires, our boundaries, and our needs.

No matter who we are, we are all subject to pressures and ideas of what we are supposed to be, or supposed to want. We have to get past that before we can discover our true desires.

Attachment wounds influence our relationships and intimate partnerships.

We can’t change our pasts or other peoples’ choices – but what we do have agency over is ourselves.

Self-awareness, and self-accountability and self-compassion are the basis for learning and change.

My Perspectives

As someone who has overcome and integrated my own traumas and challenges, I lead with empathy, and celebrate everyone’s boundaries and needs.

As a feminist porn director at ForPlay Films, I value connection and communication and genuine pleasure over expectation and performance. I seek to move away from goal-oriented sexuality, and to embrace the sensuality and journey of exploration.

I come to my work from my own personal cis-female/femme perspective, but embrace the profound beauty of masculinity, and celebrate queerness in all its forms.

If this resonates with you – or even if it doesn’t, but you have questions and curiosity – I’m here for you!

Let’s talk about what you need help with, and see if we’re a good fit for your needs.
